劇情簡介 :

華氏企業借經營化學原料廠禁制令，偷裝毒品，由於污水污染附近葉婉嫻的漁場，故被提出禁止其工廠繼續生產。

華氏聘請 Jackie律師全權收購漁場，Jackie委托通天經紀飛洪搬入婉嫻毗鄰進行游說，期間他邂逅了婉嫻的表妹美玲，一見傾心，展開強烈追求。

正當開花結果之際，華氏製毒的秘密卻被飛洪發現，惹來殺身之禍，而 Jackie亦陷於千鈞一髮之中 ……。
